Work at Home Customer Service Representative

Cloud 10, A Transcom Company is looking for qualified candidates to work at home as Customer Service Representatives in the following cities Columbia SC, Philadelphia PA, Detroit MI, Atlanta GA, Jacksonville FL, Memphis TN, Charlotte NC, Dallas TX, Houston TX, Chichago IL. . You we will be receiving inbound calls from customers needing assistance with their accounts as well as handling tech support issues. Customer calls will be routed through your home computer via the internet directly to you.
You will be classified as an employee versus an independent contractor and you will receive an hourly wage, regardless of call volume. Cloud 10 offers an online paid training program, which is taught in a classroom setting that you attend from your home.
Requirements and Qualifications needed for an At Home Professional:
You will need to have a desk top computer with internet access via DSL or cable modem. Dial – up, Wireless or Satellite internet service cannot be used.
You must be willing and able to work between 35 to 40 hours a week and be flexible with your shift availability
You must have prior customer service experience (customer service via telephone or sales experience is a plus)
You are required to have a quiet work environment without any conflicting responsibilities during your scheduled work shift. Conflicting responsibility may include caring for a child or elderly person
You must also pass a criminal background check.

Work At Home Reservation Agent, Mobile Alabama

Hertz Car Rental is seeking a work at home Reservation Agent living in or within commuting distance of Mobile, Alabama. Starting pay for this position if $10.25 per hour. The Hertz Reservations Center is located in Mobile, Alabama; but this position is for a home based agent!!
A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required as well as the ability to type 25 WPM (you will be tested). The company is seeking people with excellent customer service, sales and communication skills as well as willingness to work any assigned full-time (40 hour/week) including weekends and holidays.
