Positions are available in the following areas: Arizona, Austin, Charlotte NC, Dallas TX, Denver/Evans, Greenville SC, Houston TX, Kansas City, Miami FL, Moncton NB, Nashville TN, Oklahoma, OrlandoFL, Salina KS, San Antonio.
Requirements for the position
- Handling inbound calls
- Good telephone manner and great listening skills
- HS Diploma/G.E.D.
- Computer literacy (Windows web navigation)
- The ability to type at least 25-35 WPM
- Data Entry skills
- Work at home background a plus
- Previous Customer Service or call center experience necessary
- Noise and distraction free environment
